What Our Customers Say
Had my Mid Maine Generator's annual service. JR, our service technician was prompt and professional. What a relief to depend on a Maine company during storms and winter to ensure our generator is ready. Highly recommend this company for your automatic generator.
Tyler showed up, asked a few questions and then serviced generator and then left. Changed the battery as well!
We have always received excellent service from the Mid Maine Generator technicians but Tyler was exceptional. He took his time doing the service, cleaned the generator after. It's 10 years old and looks bran new! Afterwards he knocked on the door and gave us a recap of what was done. This kind of care and pride in work is rare anymore. Good for you for hiring this kind of folks and Tyler deserves extra praise for doing a fantastic job.
After my Generac generator had yet another major failure I decided not to put good money after bad and got a Kohler generator. The site inspection went very smoothly and the new generator features and support were well explained. I even got a generous discount for swapping out my current generator.
